Terms of Service

1Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Snapstick ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FjordKit Digital ("we," "us," or "our").

2Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Snapstick. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Snapstick for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App to create content that infringes on others' rights

4Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos you take and the stickers you create using Snapstick. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any photos you upload, including obtaining consent from any individuals depicted in your photos.

You agree not to create stickers that:

• Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Violate the privacy or publicity rights of others
• Contain malware or harmful code
• Promote violence, discrimination, or hate

5User Content Rights

By uploading photos to Snapstick, you confirm and warrant that:

• You own the photos or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use them
• You have obtained consent from any individuals depicted in your photos to use their likeness
• Your use of the photos does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights
• The photos do not contain content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any photos you upload. FjordKit Digital is not liable for any claims arising from your use of photos that you do not have the right to use.

6In-App Purchases

Snapstick may offer in-app purchases for additional features or content. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

All sales are final. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

7Physical Orders

Snapstick offers the ability to order physical stickers, mugs, tote bags, and t-shirts printed from your digital designs. Physical orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify.

Order Fulfillment

When you place a physical order, your design is sent to Printify for printing and shipping. Printify handles the production, packaging, and delivery of your order. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

No Returns Policy

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of print-on-demand products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. Each sticker is printed specifically for you based on your unique design, making them non-returnable and non-refundable.

Replacement Policy for Misprints

If you receive a defective or misprinted product, you may request a replacement. To file a replacement request:

• Submit your request through the Snapstick app within 30 days of receiving your order
• Provide photos clearly showing the defect or misprint
• Include a description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost. Replacement requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet our criteria for defects or misprints.

What Qualifies as a Misprint

Replacements are provided for:

• Printing errors (smudges, color issues, missing elements)
• Damaged products (torn, creased, or otherwise damaged during production)
• Wrong product received

Replacements are not provided for:

• Buyer's remorse or change of mind
• Issues with the original design you submitted
• Minor variations in color due to screen calibration differences
• Damage caused after delivery

8Intellectual Property

Snapstick, including its design, features, and content (excluding your content), is owned by FjordKit Digital and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Snapstick name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of FjordKit Digital.

9Disclaimer of Warranties

Snapstick is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or quality of the stickers generated by the App.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FjordKit Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Snapstick at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

12Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
